The
images in this collection were collected over the long career of Irving Rehman,
Ph.D., who taught anatomy as a faculty member at the University of Southern
California (USC) School of Medicine. The original collection consisted of 16,000
photographs and illustrations of human anatomy dissections maintained in 3-ring
binders.
The object of
this book is to present to the student of medicine and the
practitioner removed from the schools, a series of dissections demonstrative of
the relative anatomy of the principal regions of the human body.
