This course allows students to develop effective written and verbal
communication strategies specifically for the workplace. From idea gathering to
drafting to delivery, this course will prepare students to effectively write,

The first
part of BCA explains the concept and process of communication, providing an
in-depth understanding of what is effective communication, common barriers to
effective communication, and the specifics of communication in organizations.

interpersonal communication skills required for effective communication are
